Blue eyed Chinese boy found

They said...

A Chinese boy (Nong Youshi) is found with blue eyes, as seen within the picture. This is a very rare occurence, since both of his parents are both Chinese. Thus, it is usually natural for the boy to have brown/black eyes.

Not only does the boy have blue eyes but it has been discovered that he has eyes that are similar to those of a cat. The boy surprised many doctors/researchers with his ability to see in the dark. Medical tests shows that the boy is able to read in complete darkness and is able to read as many people can during daytime.

This mutation is facinating to many readers including myself and brings forth the question of whether if we (humans) can acquire other abilities through mutation as is the case of Nong Youshi.
