New method of stealing upon us???

They said...

A Hacker came out claiming that he can steal people's creditcards without having to go through peoples' wallets.

Using a device that tracks signals from the creditcard's microchips, he demonstrated to the media how easy it was for him to obtain someone else's creditcard information without even having any physical contact with that person.

This demonstration proves the high degree of vulnerability that we have with our creditcards. Though, the microchip technology allowed easy transaction of sales through just tapping the creditcard to the "paypass" machines, it seems as though there are great risks associated with having such technology.

Even though, you would have to be a highly skilled hacker to develop a device to track those information. The thought of someone going through our personal possessions without having to physically take it from us is a very scary thought...

Let's hope creditcard companies does something about this
